Light Bulbs

The Recycle Depot accepts all bulbs except incandescent bulbs, which may be disposed on in regular trash. We accept CFL, LED, fluorescent, and halogen bulbs, as well as HID lamps, U-Tubes and Circline lamps, and ballasts.

Bulb disposal is free for residents.

 Businesses:

• Businesses must pay for bulb disposal by the type of bulb and by the pound. Please see our fee schedule for more information or give us a call at 574-935-8618.  
• If you have more than 20 lbs. of light bulbs, please call ahead so we can help you determine the best way to dispose of your bulbs.
